Kyle and Jenn’s summer engagement session at Whiteshell Provincial Park was nothing short of magical. As Winnipeg wedding photographers, we cherish opportunities to capture couples in stunning natural settings, and this session was a perfect example of why.

Our adventure began at McGillivray Falls, where Kyle and Jenn embraced the beauty of Manitoba’s wilderness. The hike around the falls provided an incredible backdrop, with the cascading water and lush greenery adding a dynamic and refreshing element to their engagement photos. Kyle and Jenn's enthusiasm for the outdoors was evident, and their love for each other shone through in every shot.

From McGillivray Falls, we moved on to West Hawk Lake. Here, the couple took to the water in a canoe, making the most of the calm lake and its surrounding beauty. Their canoe ride offered a serene and romantic setting, perfect for capturing intimate moments and candid interactions. As they paddled along, the reflections of the blue sky and towering trees on the lake created a stunning visual contrast with their vibrant outfits.

Kyle and Jenn also brought along a few smoke bombs, adding a playful and creative touch to the session. The bursts of color from the smoke bombs combined with their red and yellow attire made for eye-catching and memorable images. The bright hues against the natural backdrop of greenery and blue skies made each photo pop, adding a unique and personal element to their engagement story.

Champagne toasts were a highlight of the evening. As Kyle and Jenn popped the cork and shared a celebratory drink, we captured their joy and excitement in a series of candid and beautifully composed shots.
