Leigh & Kevin’s Love-Filled Wedding at Bridges Golf Course
Before Kevin and Leigh asked us to photograph their wedding, we knew Kevin as our dentist. In fact, it was during an annual check-up—mid-inspection of Joel’s teeth—when he casually inquired about having us capture their big day. Fast forward to their engagement session, where we met Leigh for the first time, and it was instantly clear: these two were going to have an incredible wedding.
Their day began in the warmth of their family homes, surrounded by their closest friends and loved ones. But this wasn’t just any wedding for us—we were also capturing video highlights, making for a fast-paced day filled with both photos and film-worthy moments.
Leigh & Kevin met for their First Look in Winnipeg’s Exchange District, a setting full of character and history. Leigh’s uncle arrived in a stunning 1950 Meteor, a classic car that almost stole the show—until Leigh stepped out, looking absolutely radiant. Despite the strong winds downtown, we captured a quick set of wedding party portraits before heading to Bridges Golf Course, where we continued photos in a more serene setting.
Their ceremony was heartfelt, filled with love and the undeniable support of their families. As they exchanged vows, you could feel just how much these two mean to each other.
The reception was a perfect mix of sentiment and celebration. Emotional speeches gave way to an unforgettable dance floor, and just before the cake cutting, Leigh surprised everyone by changing into a traditional Vietnamese dress to honor Kevin’s heritage—a beautiful and meaningful touch.
From start to finish, Leigh & Kevin’s wedding day was full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We were so honored to capture it all—both in photos and on film.
