Orysa and Scott’s wedding day was a perfect blend of elegance and joy, set against the stunning backdrop of St. Boniface Golf Club. As a Winnipeg wedding photographer, I was thrilled to capture every moment of their special day, from the intimate getting-ready photos to the lively reception.
The day began at 8 Evesham Key, where we joined Orysa and her bridal party for some candid getting-ready shots. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as the ladies prepped for the big day. We took our time capturing the details—the dress, the shoes, the jewelry—before heading over to Fort Garry Hotel for some intimate photos of Orysa and Scott.
The historic elegance of Fort Garry Hotel provided a beautiful setting for these pre-ceremony moments. Just the two of them, away from the hustle and bustle, it was a peaceful pause in what would be a wonderfully eventful day.
Next, we made our way to St. Boniface Golf Club, where the beauty of the venue truly came to life. The manicured grounds and lush greenery provided the perfect backdrop for bridal party photos, as well as more portraits of the happy couple. The bridal party brought an infectious energy, and we captured some fantastic shots around the picturesque grounds of the golf club.
As the ceremony time approached, we ensured that Orysa and Scott stayed hidden from their guests to maintain the element of surprise. While they took a short break, we focused on capturing candid shots of the arriving guests and the stunning ceremony setup at St. Boniface Golf Club. The ceremony itself was heartfelt, with the love between Orysa and Scott shining through every word and glance.
