Amelia & Daniel Love Story - The Leaf

Amelia and Daniel's engagement session at The Leaf in Assiniboine Park started off with a bit of uncertainty. With rain in the forecast, we nearly rescheduled the session, but knowing the beauty The Leaf offers as an indoor space, we decided to take a chance—and it was so worth it!

The session began inside The Leaf, where lush greenery and vibrant flowers provided the perfect backdrop to capture Amelia and Daniel’s love. The indoor gardens allowed us to experiment with a range of shots, making the most of the natural light and stunning surroundings. As we moved through the space, it was clear that these two were naturals in front of the camera, laughing and enjoying every moment together.

Once the rain eased up, we ventured outside. Though we got a little wet, the drizzle only added to the atmosphere of the session. Assiniboine Park, with its wide-open spaces and lush landscapes, gave us plenty of opportunities for candid, playful shots. Amelia and Daniel were so fun to work with, and they didn’t let the weather dampen their spirits at all. If anything, the rain gave their engagement photos an extra touch of romance!
